ISBLANK

Confirms if cell being refered is blank or not

Syntax of Excel Isblank formula:
=ISBLANK(value)

In words:
=Check if the (value refers to a cell that is empty)

Example of Excel Isblank formula

=ISBLANK(HS76) if it returns TRUE it means its not empty and has some data. FALSE means its empty.

To clear the fact that even if cell has a single space it will be treated as occupied and not empty by Excel. Although to the eyes it will look empty.
