An arrangement under which sale is concluded only after buyer’s approval. It is also called approval sale.
Under such case mere transfer of goods does not constitute sale as transfer of title depends on seller’s confirmation even if the goods comply the buyer’s requirements and as a result title of ownership remains with the seller until approval or confirmation.
